I’ve been asked several times if I’m ever going to start sharing photo sessions on my blog. I haven’t done it much in the past but it’s something I’ve been wanting to do as well.
Here are Heidi and Greta, two Greater Swiss Mountain dogs. Oh my goodness what sweet peas they are. They were so cute and so well behaved during our session I didn’t really want to stop playing with them, but they had a long day and were getting pretty tired so I had to let them go home. When I crossed the street to leave their mom calls me, they were both staring across the street to see where I was going. How cute! It made me feel good, they had fun and so did I.

It’s the last 52 Week Project for 2013. I’m proud of the work I’ve done this year for the project. I know that I’ve created some fun and unique photographs that made some people, including myself, laugh when they saw them. Not a bad way to spend time.
It’s the end of the holidays, the end of the year, and the end of the project for 2013. Boo, I’m sorry to say it’s the end of the snacks for 2013 too. Just kidding buddy. As usual he is not amused.
We’ll be back in 2014 with 52 new projects (and snacks for Boo)! We hope you’ll join us.
The theme for this week’s 52 Week Project is Red. I love red, it’s probably my favorite color. But funny enough I couldn’t quite figure out what I wanted to do until I saw some red roses. Aside from making Boo look even more fabulous they reminded me of the movie American Beauty and the thought of Boo in that poster cracked me up so I had to try it.
I bought several dozen roses and took the petals off the stems, cringing the entire time, they were such lovely flowers it seemed a shame to destroy them all immediately.
It’s not exactly what I wanted, it turns out Boo was pretty freaked out by all the rose petals, but it still made me laugh. He’s such a goof.
The theme for the 52 Week Project is When the Carnival Came to Town. Reminds me of summer, which I needed, it’s currently -2 degrees and my car battery is charging after a jump from AAA. Brrrr. it’s cold.
Here is carnie Boo working a little traveling show. Proud of him, learning to balance on the bucket about two minutes before I took the photo. Not an easy task. Good boy, Boo Radley.
